Second BMX European Championship Race Weekend – First Semifinal!

This weekend, I had my sencond BMX Race, the European Championship Rounds in Weiterstadt GER. There went the first day, in spit of a bad cold, pretty well and I qualified luckily for my first semifinal. In that it mess up my gate and could just ride behind. Also on the second day I couldn’t show my otherwise really good starts and failed in my qulifying motos. But the Results get better and that’s a good sign!

World Cup 4X #2 - Maribor Slovenia:
After a hard weekend with a lot of rain and mud in maribor SLO, I’m happy to present my second podium finish this year. After 2nd place in qualification and a hard crash in the semi final, I won the small final and got fifth behind Fionn Grifith, Sarsha Huntington, Anneke Beerten and Caroline Buchanan. With that result I’m still second in the overall ranking and I’m looking forward for the next round in Fort William.

In downhill it didn’t went that good. Cause of the hard weather and track conditions I wanted to safe engergy for the fourcross and just did 3 training runs in downhill. So I ended up 23 in qualifications with a really bad run and a lot of mistakes. But the 4X result made up that disappointment.
Yeah second race, second podium!

World Cup 4X #1 - Houffalize Belgium:
That was a perfect season start for me! The track was the same as last year, pretty easy, what makes it even hard to race on it! I was first in qualifacation, awsome, won my first two rounds and even in the final I had perfect gate, but in the first corner Anneke Beerten crashed beside my and so I was 3rd, but I fighted back and could take the second place!!! Yeah first race, first podium!
